All products sold by DBT Labs are intended strictly for in vitro research and laboratory purposes only. They are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human use, clinical use, or therapeutic application. By purchasing any product from DBT Labs, you acknowledge that you are a qualified researcher and that the products will be used solely for lawful research purposes.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from DBT Labs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. DBT Labs reserves the right to cancel any order and refuse service if we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

3. No Unauthorized Resale

Products purchased from DBT Labs may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred to any third party without prior written authorization from DBT Labs. Unauthorized resale may result in account termination and legal action.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold “as is” for research purposes. DBT Labs makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness, merchantability, or suitability of any product for any particular purpose beyond legitimate laboratory research. DBT Labs expressly disclaims any warranty that products are suitable for human use.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DBT Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to damages arising from misuse, improper handling, or use inconsistent with research purposes. DBT Labs’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and use of DBT Labs products complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. DBT Labs does not sell to jurisdictions where such products are prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Iowa.
